1. Introduction & Service Overview

This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Norvin mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), a professional hand-drawn and sketch journal creation tool dedicated to personal daily record-keeping and data visualization. Norvin allows users to upload hand-drawn works, sketch photos, input custom text journal content, and generate exclusive data visualization charts to intuitively view personal creation and recording data. This policy clearly defines all standards and specifications for data collection, usage, storage, protection and processing during your use of the App’s core journal creation and data statistics functions.

By downloading, accessing and using all functions of Norvin, you fully acknowledge that you have read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause herein, you shall immediately stop using the App and all its related services.

2. Age Qualification Restriction

This Application is exclusively available for users aged 18 and above. Any access, registration and use of this App by minors under 18 years old are strictly prohibited. Our hand-drawn journal and personal record-keeping services are designed for adult users only. We do not actively collect, store or process any personal information or creative content from minors. Once we confirm that minor data is mistakenly collected, we will completely and permanently delete all relevant data and records without delay. You confirm and warrant that you are an adult user with full civil capacity when using our services.

3. Core Data Processing Principles

Norvin strictly abides by global privacy protection regulations and domestic cybersecurity laws, adhering to the principles of user autonomy, minimal necessity, confidential protection and standardized compliance. We only process user data required to implement core journal creation and data visualization functions. We will never collect excessive sensitive information, nor conduct unauthorized data mining, analysis or commercial utilization of user creative content and personal records.

4. Scope of Processed User Data

To ensure the normal operation of hand-drawn journal production, text recording and data chart generation functions, we only process the following limited user-initiated content and anonymous technical data:

4.1 User Creative & Journal Content

All original content actively uploaded and edited by users for personal journal recording:

• Hand-Drawn & Sketch Images: Original hand-drawn pictures, sketch photos and other creative image materials uploaded by users for journal making.

• Text Journal Content: Custom text content independently edited and input by users for daily recording, mood logging and creation notes.

• Generated Visual Data Charts: Statistical charts and data visualization results automatically generated by the system based on users’ journal creation frequency, content quantity and other behavioral data.

4.2 Anonymous Device Operation Data

We automatically collect non-identifiable anonymous data such as device model, system version and App running logs to optimize service stability and functional compatibility. Such data cannot independently identify any user’s personal identity and will not be associated with users’ private journal content.

5. Legal Purpose of Data Usage

All collected user data is only used for the following legitimate service scenarios to ensure the normal realization and optimization of core functions, with no hidden or unauthorized usage:

• Complete core journal services: Render and display user uploaded hand-drawn images, save text journal content, and generate corresponding data visualization charts accurately.

• Optimize user experience: Analyze anonymous operation data to optimize chart generation accuracy, journal editing fluency and image display effect.

• Maintain service stability: Identify abnormal operations, prevent malicious use, and ensure continuous and stable operation of the App.

• Handle user requests: Respond to user consultations, feedback and privacy-related inquiries via the official contact email.

6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Prohibition

Norvin implements full closed-loop management of user private data and creative content. Under no circumstances will we sell, rent, share, transmit or disclose users’ hand-drawn works, private text journals, personal recording data and generated visualization charts to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals. The App’s core functions are independently developed and operated, with no embedded third-party data transmission modules, statistical SDKs or data sharing interfaces.

We only disclose user data when required by mandatory national laws, judicial rulings and legitimate law enforcement procedures, and all disclosed content is strictly limited to the scope required by legal provisions.

7. Data Storage & User Autonomous Control

Users’ hand-drawn images, text journals and generated data charts are privately stored. Original creative content is mainly stored locally on the user’s device by default. The system will not actively back up or synchronize user private journal content to the server without user authorization. Temporary data generated during chart generation will be automatically cleared after the task is completed.

Users have full and independent control over all personal creative content and data. You can view, export, edit and delete all journal records and data charts at any time. Once deleted, the corresponding data will be completely erased without residual backup and cannot be recovered.

8. Strict Privacy & Security Protection Mechanism

We adopt multi-dimensional and full-link security protection measures for users’ private journal content and creative data: all user content is encrypted during transmission and local storage; the system sets up isolated data storage space to prevent private content leakage; internal data access adopts strict authority hierarchical management, and no staff can privately view, obtain or export users’ hand-drawn works and text journal content. We fully protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of user personal recording data.

9. No Sensitive Data Collection Commitment

The App will not actively identify, collect or extract any facial biometric information, audio data, location information and other sensitive private data from users’ uploaded hand-drawn and sketch images. All system operations are limited to image display, text saving and data statistics visualization, without any sensitive information identification and collection behavior.

10. Cookie & Data Tracking Rules

Norvin only uses basic local cache technology to maintain the normal operation of core editing and recording functions. We do not use tracking Cookies, behavioral tracking tools or third-party data analysis tools to collect user browsing tracks and usage habits. Users can clear App cache through device settings at any time, which will not affect the normal use of journal creation and data visualization functions.

11. User Content Responsibility

Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all hand-drawn works, text journal content and derivative data charts created by themselves using the App. Users undertake not to use this platform to create, store or disseminate illegal, violent, pornographic, infringing, false and other bad content. We reserve the right to terminate the service qualification of violating users and pursue corresponding legal liabilities.

12. Policy Update & Notification Mechanism

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy irregularly in response to product iteration and changes in national legal regulations. The latest version of the policy will be publicly displayed in the App with a clear update date. Your continued use of the App’s services after the policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
